LGOR in 53's | Possible Drug Smuggling Boat

Units on scene of a 15-20" panga that has come ashore on the rocks at Pelican Cove near Rancho Palos Verdes. 1 person is on the beach and has no apparent injuries. LASD and USCG have been requested due to possible drug smuggling.
