?
An ad hoc committee
comprised of members of Local 1014 has researched the benefits and feasibility

Benefits
of the 48-96 work schedule:
The 48-96 schedule
is uniquely and ideally suited for those firefighters who have families,
work overtime, attend classes, drive significant commutes, or would just
like 5 four-dayers each month. Please read the attached proposal for a
complete explanation of the schedule and discussion of its many benefits.
?
By signing
the attached petition, you are signaling to the Board of 1014 that you
would like to see a trial period of the 48-96 schedule. Anyone who would
like to help collect signatures, please contact one of the listed committee
members.
